  • Previous issue: Headings contained either grammar artifacts ("Conclusion: A next steps for …") or another article's title carried over from an automated rewrite (for example, a "Battery Types and Compatibility" heading on a solar-thermal page).
  • Corrected information: Each heading rewritten to describe the section it actually introduces; headings inside related-article cards were left untouched.

2026-08-15 — DOE SPP emergency-order sequence completed

Article: DOE and PJM Emergency Grid Orders: Home Battery Takeaways.

Previous issue: the page covered only Order No. 202-26-37 and its original July 26 through August 3, 2026 window, which could read as if the order were still current.

Corrected information: the page now documents the complete sequence: Order No. 202-26-37 (July 26 through August 3), Extension Order No. 202-26-37A (August 4 through August 10), and the expired status as of August 11, 2026 unless a newer official DOE order supersedes it. Article: LiFePO4 Safety and Failure Modes (and related LiFePO4 guides).

Previous issue: earlier text described LiFePO4 in terms that could be read as eliminating or near-eliminating thermal-runaway risk without the conditions that actually control the outcome.
